Here is a list of the most common questions we receive
What is the process of selling my home to PCF Real Estate?
How We make the process as easy as possible by following 3 easy steps.
1) Contact us – Contact us by phone or this by filling out a Receive an Offer form on this website. You’ll answer some initial discovery questions to help us better understand your situation and help us prepare an initial
2) Let’s take a look – If our ballpark number is within your range we’ll then schedule a time to come see your home in person. Sometimes this can even be done on the same day.
We may need a day or two but in most cases, we will be able to present you with a final offer before we leave. If you choose to accept our final offer we will prepare a sales agreement for both parties to sign.
3) Close the deal – Once we have a sales agreement signed we will schedule a closing date.
It’s really that simple. No real estate agents, no property inspectors, no bank appraisals. You’ll deal directly with us every step of the way.
Can I expect full market value from your offer?
When you go to buy a new vehicle you often already have a vehicle that you will no longer need once you purchase the new one. When this is the case you have two options.
1) You can choose to sell the vehicle yourself which would result in you getting the max value out of your old vehicle.
2) You can choose to trade it into the dealer you are buying the new vehicle from. Going this route you know you’re getting less than retail market value for the vehicle from the dealer.
In most cases when people are in a vehicle buying process they choose to go with option two and trade in their old vehicle.
Why is this? IT’S FAST AND EASY.

Will it cost me anything to receive an offer?
The is no obligation or cost when we present you with an offer. Money only ever travels one way in our transactions and that is from us to you. If you choose not to accept our offer we’ll shake hands, wish you the best of luck in selling your home and walk away, it’s that simple.
